Rent Agreement Format
This Rent Agreement is made on this 18th March 2026, between MR. SANJAY KUMAR GUPTA S/O SHRI RAMNATH CHAND GUPTA R/O D-91, SECTOR 900, NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, AND UTTAR PRADESH 201301, CONTACT NO. 9876543211 (hereinafter called the First Party/Owner).
AND
“M/S CHARDIN INDUSTRIES” Proprietor MR. SURESH KUMAR (AADHAR NO. 9876 5432 1234) S/O MR. SANJAY PAL SINGH R/O D-1802, GREAT GRANDEUR, SECTOR-115, NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR, UTTAR PRADESH-201301, CONTACT NO. 9876543210, (hereinafter called the Second Party/Tenant).
And whereas the First Party has agreed to let out 1ST FLOOR, GALAXY ROYAL, SECTOR-99, NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH 201301, and the Second Party has agreed to take on rent/lease property/premises mentioned above under the following terms and conditions:
- That the monthly rent agreed between both the Parties is Rs. 10,000/- (RUPEES Ten Thousand ONLY), Excluding Maintenance charges, if any.
- That the tenancy period has commenced from 18/03/2026 to 17/02/2027 for a period of 11 months.
- The monthly Rent of Rs. 10,000/- (RUPEES Ten Thousand ONLY), which shall be paid by the Second Party to the First Party by the 05th Day of every English Calendar month.
- That the Second party will be giving Rs. 10,000/- (RUPEES Ten Thousand ONLY), as one-month advance rent and Rs. 10,000/- (RUPEES Ten Thousand ONLY), as interest free security deposit.
- If both the Parties have agreed, tenancy period shall be extended for further 11 months by increasing rent by 10%, or as per market rates at the time of increment.
- That the Second Party shall not make any addition or alteration in the said property/premises for any purpose, without the written permission granted by the First Party for the same. That the Second Party shall use the said property/premises only for Residential /Commercial purpose and not for any other purpose.
- That the First Party can visit the said property/premises at reasonable hours.
- That electricity charges shall be paid by the Second Party. All charges payable to the maintenance department, power backup, water charges, common area charges etc. shall be paid by the Second Party directly to the concerned authorities.
- If this agreement is not renewed after expiry of the tenancy period, the Second Party shall hand over the said property/premises to the First Party in a smooth manner.
- That in case if the First Party wants to evict the said property/premises prior to the completion of tenancy period, the First Party shall give one-month prior notice to the Second Party. If the Second Party wants to vacate the said property/premises prior to the completion of the tenancy period, the Second Party shall give one-month prior notice or one-month rent to the First Party.
- The security amount is not adjustable. The First Party shall refund the security amount to the Second Party when the Second Party vacates said property/premises.
- All the keys which were handed over to the Second Party at the time of possession should be handed over back to the First Party otherwise the First Party shall get relevant locks in said property/premises replaced or shall get the amount deducted from the security money regarding the same.
- All furniture & fixtures (if any) should be taken due care. Regular maintenance & servicing of furniture & fixture must be done by the Second Party. Any damage/breakage to the property/premises, furniture, walls & fixtures along with other belongings of First Party (if any) shall have to be borne by Second Party or relevant amount shall be deducted by First Party from the security deposit regarding the same. All-natural wear & tear during tenancy period of said property/premises shall be adjusted as per mutual understanding between First Party and Second Party.
- That the lease of said property/premises has been granted exclusively for Residential /Commercial use by the Second Party. Under no circumstances shall the Second Party can sub-lease the property/premises further to any other.
- That the Second Party shall not use the said property/premises for any illegal purpose. If the Second Party shall use the said property/premises for any illegal purpose, Second Party shall be liable for the same and the First Party and/or his property/premises shall not be responsible for the same.
- That the First Party shall not be responsible for any incident/activity in the property/premises during the tenancy period.
- In case the rent is not paid timely for consecutive two months or in case of misbehave/illegal activities by the Second Party, Second Party shall be liable to vacate the property/premises immediately. In such case First Party shall not be liable to refund security deposit.
- In no way the Second Party, or their heirs, successors, nominees, assigns, executors, administrators, legal representatives, etc., shall claim the ownership of said property/premises.
- It has been agreed between both the Parties that if tenant vacates said property/premises before six months then security will not be refundable and it shall be forfeited.
